Recently I switched from a PC to a Mac. Now at first I thought this would be a daunting task, but when you get right down to it, its very simple. Now this being my first post I will stress to you the importance of backing up your machine on at least a weekly basis, and if you do that already, FANTASTIC!!!! Then this will be much easier for you, although either way your going to need to do it. When you first get your Mac, if you're used to a PC then you will be surprised about how simple it is to set up. All you need to do is give it the desired username and password for your account, and if you have a secured wireless network, the password for that. After that, it is just as easy as copying and pasting the contents of the external drive to the drive of the computer. Afterward you will be able to safely unplug your external drive and access your files like you would normally.

My PC will wreck your mac anyday..
ReplyDeleteAfter using a PC for so long, I find it very frustrating when I try to use a Mac. The shortcuts and commands aren't the same.
